life is good, but the relative solitude in which I find myself is conductive to artyness. or, in simpler terms, I am bored, therefore I draw.
I am also doing heaps of writing, but nothing that I want to put up here so do not fear that more angsty poems will soon be presented to you

peoples, just to clarify, I don't think I'm any good.
I don't look at stuff I've written (or drawn, for that matter) and think 'oh yeah, that's hell good' cause it's not! not at all
I can't explain why, but it is incredibly...fun, and calming to write stuff down, and then upload it. it's the fact that I know someone might read them that
a. motivates me. (plus, there's the chance of feedback from people you don't know. HURRAH!!!)and
2. makes it more meaningful. stupid, I know.
In a way. sort of.

oooh here I am again, getting muddled , but yeah, I did this in case any of you think I'm proud of my work. I'm really not but it's okay

slowley but surely I have been soaking Rilke up these last few months: the man, his work and his life. And that is probably the only right way with literature, with study, with people or with anything else: to let it all soak in, to let it all mature slowly inside you until it has become a part of yourself.
